What Comes With a Founding Membership

Prime Time Is Yours
A mobile key on your phone and the run of the club from 6am to 2am, seven days. Weeknights 4–10pm and weekend mornings are members only — we sell the quiet hours to the public, never yours. Founding Members get the earliest booking window of anyone.

The Performance Room
A gym built for golfers, not a gym with a golf poster: functional trainer, free weights, a real mobility floor and a force plate shared with the fitting bay. Lift at 6:30am, play at 7pm, or both.

Showers & Lockers
Full lockers, benches and showers on both sides. Come straight from the office, clean up and go to dinner in San Diego. Your clubs never leave the building.

Fitting & Instruction
A resident pro and a TPI-certified trainer, coaching in the bays during off-peak hours so lessons never touch prime time. Programs sold as outcomes — Break 100, Break 90, First Round — plus vendor fitting days through the year.

The Lounge
Not a bar with a screen in the back. A proper lounge with real food, mezcal and a coffee program, built for the hour before your round and the two hours after. A putting green to stand around.

A Twenty-Minute Course
No tee time, no drive to Bajamar, no weather. Play Pebble Beach at 11pm on a Tuesday and be home before midnight. The club is minutes from the Zona Río offices and the border crossing.

Leagues & Competition
Weekly leagues, member tournaments and tracked handicaps, plus a season event that plays nine indoors and nine on a real course. Golf gets better when something is riding on it.

Private Events
The whole club, yours for a night. Corporate buyouts run on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings only — the two slowest nights — so they never touch a weekend or a Thursday. Members book the club for their own events at a discount.

Locked-In Rate
Founding Members pay $249/month, locked for the first year. The standard rate is $329/month once the founding wave closes. Founding merch and every league and event included.

Our Founding Members run manufacturing plants, agencies, clinics and startups on both sides of the border — Tijuana, Chula Vista, San Diego. This is a club where the conversation in the lounge is worth as much as the reps in the bay.

Members own prime time outright — that is what the dues buy, and we do not sell it to anyone else. Outside those hours the bays are open to everyone at $45 an hour, up to 4 players. Most of our members walked in this way first.

Walk-in hours are staffed hours. After midnight the club runs on member keys only, and private buyouts are booked separately.

Coaching is sold as an outcome, not a lesson. Every session is sixty minutes with a certified coach and TrackMan data, in a bay, at a time that suits you. Members book first; everyone is welcome.

Frequently Asked Questions
Founding Members are the first 150 people to join Tijuana Golf Club. They lock $249/month for a full year against a $329 standard rate, and get unlimited 6am-2am access to the TrackMan iO bays, the lounge, every member event and league, priority booking, Founding Member merch, and the standing of having been here before the doors opened.
We are aiming for Fall 2027 in Zona Río. Founding Members get construction updates as the buildout progresses and an invitation to the soft opening before we open to the rest of the list.
Your membership includes a secure digital key in the member app. It opens the door any time the club is running, 6am to 2am, every day. The facility is monitored around the clock.
Golf is better with friends. Guests are $10 an hour each, and anyone living in your household plays free. The fee is not there to nickel-and-dime you — it is there so four friends do not quietly share one membership, which is how a club this size runs out of prime time.
2 live reservations at a time, a 3-hour ceiling on any prime-time booking, and a no-show fee on the card we have on file. We would rather publish these before you join than invent them after. They exist so that a handful of heavy users cannot colonise every 7pm slot.

Yes. Whole-club buyouts run on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, the two quietest nights, so they never take a weekend or a Thursday away from members. Members book their own events at a discount, through the club rather than through the member app, and the calendar shows every buyout a month ahead.
Yes, outside prime time. Weekdays before 4pm, weeknights after 10pm and weekends after 2pm the bays are open to anyone at $45 an hour for up to 4 players. Weeknights 4–10pm and weekend mornings belong to members and are never sold. If you want those hours, that is what the membership is.
There is a performance room, which is a different thing. It is built around what actually moves a golf swing — rotational work on a functional trainer, free weights, kettlebells, and a proper mobility floor — rather than rows of cardio machines. It shares a force plate with the fitting bay, and we will have a TPI-certified trainer on site. Showers and full lockers are next door.
It is one of the reasons we are building here. The club is a short drive from the crossing, and evening and late-night bays are exactly the hours that are impossible to book north of the border. With showers and club storage on site you can cross, train or play, clean up and go straight to dinner. Bring your passport card.
Everything runs through the member app — live bay availability, reservations, and your membership. Founding Members get an earlier booking window than standard members.
Yes. The $100 USD deposit holds your founding spot and is credited against your first month. If the club does not open, or you change your mind before we open, you get it back in full.
